The HOLY TRINITY FLOWER FESTIVAL

In conjunction with Holy Trinity Church in Rothwell, Northamptonshire, we are pleased to present our new webpage… The Holy Trinity Flower Festival.

The annual Holy Trinity Flower Festival has been taking place in the Holy Trinity Church, Rothwell for over 40 years. Mainly, they are timed to take place during our patronal weekend of Trinity Sunday. This coincides with Rothwell’s most important annual celebration: ‘The Proclamation‘ and ‘Rowell Fair‘. For an explanation as to why it’s called ROWELL rather than Rothwell Fair, click HERE.

The Rowell Fair Society would like to thank the following for their help in providing the content for this page:-

Festival History

Each year we choose a theme, giving us the opportunity to get creative!

From our very first Festival in 1982, we have taken the occasional photograph and written an explanatory leaflet. Where available, these are shown below. You will notice that for some years, we have very few or no records at all. If you have any photos or leaflets, please get in touch HERE and help us fill in the gaps!

The Rowell Fair Society and the Holy Trinity Church
very much see this as ‘work in progress’
and we look forward to adding to the collection with your help
